We have had the joy of watching Mara and Evan's relationship throughout the past few years. Being parents Jonathan and I both understand the joys, the struggles, and the rewards of parenthood. Mara is one person we have always admired. She's young, kind, beautiful, and an amazing example of a great mother. I asked Mara what her thoughts on motherhood and this is what she said: "Having felt the tremendous loss of my beloved mom at a young age, I've always known how powerful a mother's love is. What I didn't realize, until I became a mother myself, is how much of that power will actually come from my own child. No matter what difficulties I face as a single mom, I've always managed to remain strong because of all the love and joy my son gives me. My son is my biggest source of hope."
