Let me first warn you all that this may be a very long blog post with tons of pictures. Our experience in Maui 2 months ago was not only one of the best experiences in our lives, but also one tiring, relaxing, whirlwind of a trip. Genevieve and Jason were so blessed by their brother Orly who booked us for their wedding. Originally these two weren't going to be hiring a photographer due to trying to keep everything on a low budget for their Hawaii nuptials and we were so honored that when it came time to choose a photographer, that we were the ones. Thinking about the idea of them not having professional photographs of their wedding day after photographing this wedding was a crazy idea. The location was spectacular, the bride and groom looked absolutely amazing, and their ceremony is definitely one to remember for days to come.

The couple started their day by getting ready at the Marriot Kaanapali Beach Resort Maui, a gorgeous hotel that had mini zoo (sorta) complete with penguins, African crowned birds, and other fine feathered friends. One thing that we loved about this hotel was the open space and the fine Asian art that was decorated throughout their halls. Their ceremony took place on beautiful beach in Lahaina behind their reception location the IO Restaurant.
