Kathy + Phong got married last year in October. Since they booked us last minute, we never got the chance to do an engagement session; so post-nup session it is!! We love doing anniversary sessions or post-nup sessions as it really gets you the chance to get dressed up again in your wedding dress, whether its your actual dress or your civil ceremony dress, like Kathy’s; and take those pictures you never had the chance to during your wedding day because the schedule was just too hectic.
Post-nup sessions (day after sessions or anniversary sessions; how ever you want to call it) are sessions we love doing because we’ve already been able to celebrate with our couples and now we get to have fun and take the shots and go to the locations we never got to do, while looking all spiffy and being less stressed.
As I finish editing some weddings, I got the chance to go through this session quickly to post a few sneak peeks. Enjoy!!

While I took this shot below…
The wifey snapped this one of the two laughing. It happens to be one of my favorite pictures because its moments like this you remember forever.
This shot was awesome. Just moments before Phoung and Joanne were discussing frozen yogurt and were just saying how “ice cream sounded really great right about now”; talk about power of suggestion because an ice cream truck had turned the corner and the four of us rushed the guy for a quick ice cream break!!
