We’re Jonathan + Joanne.  Better yet known to some as JOANNATHAN.

Here are some random things you should know about us before you decide to continue to stay on our blog or possibly book us for your wedding day!

We’re a husband + wife team.

We’re parents of two gorgeous daughters.

We love Disneyland.

We laugh, A LOT.

We’re weird (that’s an understatement).

WE LOVE TARGET!

We get emotional at father/daughter dances.  (Thank god our cameras are larger than our faces and hide our tear filled eyes, NO JOKE.)

We like to think of our “style” as a romantic comedy.  (PSSH what is style!?)

We randomly sing and dance in our cars, if you see us on the road doing so, laugh AT us or WITH us, we’re probably doing it too.

We can’t get enough of Treatbot Ice Cream/Karaoke Truck. Eastside Horchata is a bomb diggity flavor.

We shoot with heavy cameras with the name Nikon on them.

And last but not least:

We love what we do.

We love to have fun with what we do.

We love the clients who love having fun with us while we have fun doing what we love to do.

Brides dress was awesome, her shoes were the same shoes that Carrie from Sex and The City got stolen in her friends apartment when she had to take her shoes off and ended up going home in nasty sneakers, the groom was handsome, and the party lasted all night long!!

Hey everyone…to all our fellow friends, family, clients, photographers, and viewers; just to let you guys know that in just a short moment Encarnacion Photography will be launching our new “face”.  We just wanted to give a shot out to the awesome folks at Major Minor for all the hard work.  We cannot wait.  We’re hanging on to the edges of our chair just waiting for the day we show the world… US!!

So for those who constantly check back for new work.  We wont really be updating our website, but please continue to visit our blog for some awesome sauce!  Until then look at our babies…THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY CUTE!!

We’re so honored to have been chosen as the wedding photographers for 2011 SF Dream Wedding Giveaway.  Last year some old friends of Joanne were a part of this contest and when we found out about it we of course followed it closely to see if our friends would win.  Sadly to say they did not, but we thought to ourselves during that time, WE WANT TO BE A PART OF THAT.

We wanted to be a part of such a great gift, the gift of love and marriage and a wedding.  So with that we’re looking forward to being a part o the amazing 2011 SF DREAM TEAM.
